FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. Plumbing emergencies don't wait for business hours, so neither do we. Call (705) 304-8555 any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber?
Turn off the main water shut-off valve, usually near where the water line enters the house or by the water meter. If water is near outlets or electrical panels, stay clear and shut off the power to that area if it's safe to do so.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Burst or leaking pipes, a flooding basement, a failed sump pump, a sewer or drain backup, an overflowing toilet, frozen pipes or no hot water in winter. If water is going where it shouldn't, call us.
Do you charge more for emergency calls?
We tell you the price on the phone or before we start the work, so you know exactly what you're paying. No surprise fees.
Can you help with a failed sump pump during a storm?
Yes. We carry replacement pumps and can get your sump working again quickly to stop the basement from flooding.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and comes with no obligation. Call (705) 304-8555 or request a callback.
How quickly will you call me back?
Callback requests are returned within 5 minutes. For the fastest response, call us directly at (705) 304-8555.
Do you serve West Ridge?
Yes. We serve West Ridge and the surrounding communities. Call (705) 304-8555 to book.
